Galentine's Day Beginner Calligraphy Workshop

If you’ve always wanted to write beautiful letters and cards to your loved ones, or journal entries and inspirational quotes for yourself, this class is for you! You’ll leave with new skills, new supplies to continue your journey, a new set of love-inspired cards, and maybe even some new friends!
Bring your Galentine or Palentine to this fun 2-hour workshop, and learn the basics of pointed pen calligraphy from the very beginning. This includes basic strokes, uppercase and lowercase letterforms for the entire alphabet in a modern script style, correct hand position and ergonomics, how to vary your pressure and manage ink flow, and finally letter connections to form words.
All of the supplies you will need are included. Lefties, folks with terrible handwriting (it’s different, I promise!) and absolute beginners are more than welcome!

In order to protect all workshop attendees, proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 will be required for attendance. The workshop will be held in compliance with all CDC guidance, and participants will be required to wear masks while indoors.
